Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 3 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
The item must not be used.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must be returned with its original receipt.
Additional conditions:
Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a return authorization before sending the product back.
Product Condition: The product must be in resalable condition, without signs of use or wear.
Accessories and Components: All accessories, manuals, and original components must be returned with the product.
