How soon is my order processed?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after purchase confirmation. During high-demand periods, we’ll notify you of any delays and ship your order ASAP.

How much is shipping?

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International customers are responsible for import taxes/duties (we’ll notify you if these apply).

What if my shipping address is wrong?
Double-check your address at checkout! We can’t resend orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Contact us immediately! We’ll try to accommodate requests, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your refund window?
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

What are the return conditions?

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Include the original receipt/packing slip

  • Pre-approved returns only (email us first for authorization)

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Can I return customized/personalized items?
Custom-made items (e.g., engraved tumblers) are final sale unless defective.

How should I pack my return?
Use the original packaging + a protective outer box to prevent damage.

What if my return doesn’t meet requirements?
Non-compliant returns may be rejected (we’ll notify you and offer options).

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes! Request exchanges via email. Approval depends on stock availability.
